Breaking: Akpabio, Amosun, Fayemi step down for Tinubu

Three presidential aspirants, Godswill Akpabio, a former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, former Governor of Ogun State, Ibikunle Amos, and the Ekiti State Governor, Dr Kayode Fayemi, have stepped down for Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu to contest the 2023 general elections under the All Progressives Congress (APC).

They have publicly withdrawn from the race to support Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The three eminent Nigerians announced this at the ongoing APC National Convention of the party at the Eagle Square in Abuja, urged all his delegates to vote for Tinubu in national interest.
