NFF shortlists Amuneke, drops Finidi George for Super Eagles coaching job
The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, Technical Committee for the screening of coaches for the Super Eagles to job concluded their assignment, selecting Emmanuel Amuneke as one of the final candidates shortlisted.
Amuneke emerged with other shortlisted candidates by the NFF during the screening process of the Super Eagles job amongst a pool of over 60,000 coaches who had applied for the position.
Unfortunately, indications are that Finidi George did not make it to this level.
However, alongside Amuneke, other notable names on the shortlist include 43-year-old Nigerian American-born Michael Nsien, who coaches the USA U20 team, Danny Bujis from the Netherlands, Domnece Torrent from Spain, and Toni Conceicao from Portugal.
