Adewale Bashir Adeniyi has been decorated by Vice President Kashim Shettima as Acting Comptroller-General of Customs, at the State House, Abuja.
Adeniyi was named Acting Comptroller-General of Customs by President Bola Tinubu on June 19, 2023, along with newly appointed security chiefs.
Also, the decoration of Adeniyi, which took place in the conference room of the Vice President, is coming few days after Vice President Shettima decorated the Acting Inspector-General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, with his new rank at the State House.
