Update: Apostle Suleman speaks on attack, says it was direct shooting
The General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johnson Suleman, said the attack on his convoy was direct shooting, whiçh many lives.
In a video which he shared shortly after the unfortunate incident, Apostle Suleman said gunmen waited just for him and shot at him directly.
Indeed, the saving grace of Apostle Suleman, who was said to have just returned from.a crase in Tanzania, was his bullet proof vehicle, also had marks of the multiple bullets shot at him.
Suleman, who went round the bullet-ridden proof car in which he rode, showed viewers several bullet shot spots on the Toyota Sport Utility Vehicle.
He then said: “Direct shooting. Direct shooting. They just waited for me.”
However, there are indications that the Edo vilagentes may have arrested the gunmen in Warrake and one of the suspects was said to have been immediately lynched.
