Transfer: Fred can’t leave Man Utd, as Old Trafford blocks move to Galatasaray
Manchester United have turned a bid for midfielder Fred by Galatasaray, insisting that the Brazilian international cannot leave Old Trafford now.
Football transfer, Fabrio Romano, Galatasaray have joined Premier League side Fulham and teams from Saudi Arabia in the race for Fred.
But the Turkish club’s offer for Fred has been snubbed by Man United, who are holding out for a considerable fee for the player.
Fred can leave the Red Devils this summer following the arrival of Mason Mount from Chelsea earlier this month.
Fred, 30, joined Erik ten Hag’s side from Shakhtar Donetsk in 2018.
