Tinubu receives Abdulsalami Abubakar at Presidential Villa
President Bola Tinubu received former military head of state, Abdulsalami Abubakar, on Thursday, who visited him at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
In a video shared by the Nigerian Television Authority, NTA, the president was on hand to receive him as he alighted from his vehicle.
Both leaders moved to the president’s office for a meeting after exchanging pleasantries.
The purpose of the meeting is not known as of the time of filing this report.
Only yesterday, President Tinubu on Tuesday met with former President Goodluck Jonathan at the Presidential Villa.
Abdulsalami is the second former leader of the country Tinubu would be having a sit-down with since he became president.
