Qatar World Cup: Senegal lost 2-0 to Netherlands because they failed to take their chances a

Former Super Eagles forward, Julius Efosa Aghahowa, has revealed why Senegal fell 2-0 to the Netherlands in their first game of the Qatar 2020 World Cup because they failed to convert their chances during the match.

The European’s goal came from the boots of PSV’s Cody Gakpo and Davy Klaassen.

“Senegal played very well but missed their scoring chances especially in the first half,” Aghahowa told Brila FM

“The Netherlands had only two and took their chances. That was the punishment for those missed chances.”
