President Bola Tinubu is set to arrive in Nigeria on Monday, concluding his two-week official trip to Europe. The announcement was made by Bayo Onanuga, the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, via a post on his X (formerly Twitter) account.

In a brief statement, Onanuga confirmed, “President Bola Tinubu will return home today.”

Tinubu had left Nigeria on April 2 for Paris, France, where he held high-level discussions, including a meeting with Massad Boulos, the U.S. Department of State’s Senior Advisor for Africa. Their talks centered on strengthening bilateral ties to boost regional security and sustainable economic growth in Africa.

After his engagements in Paris, the President traveled to London, where he continued consultations and remained in close contact with top government officials in Abuja.
