PDP constitutes Katsina chapter caretaker committee

The National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), acting on behalf of the National Executive Committee (NEC), has approved the composition of a Caretaker Committee for the Katsina State Chapter of the party.

A statement from the PDP’s national publicity secretary, Hon. Debo Ologunagba, noted that the decision is in line with the provisions of Sections 29(2)(b) and 31(2)(e) of the Constitution of the PDP (as amended, 2017).

The statement further said the caretaker committee will oversee the party’s affairs in Katsina State for a period not exceeding 90 days (3 months).

The members of the Katsina State PDP Caretaker Committee are as follows:

”The NWC calls on all leaders, critical stakeholders, and members of the PDP in Katsina State to remain united and collaborate for the progress of the party and the nation,” Ologunagba added.
