Ondo guber: DSS arrests suspected vote-buyer with two ‘Ghana-Must-Go’ bags stuffed with large cash

The Department of State Security, DSS,has arrested a suspected vote buyer, in possession of two “Ghana-must-go bags” stuffed with large sums of money, in Akure, Ondo State, during the governorship poll.
The man was arrested at Ward 4, Polling Unit 007, near St. Stephen’s Primary School in Akure.
A video posted on Channels TV station’s X handle, showed the DSS officers forcing the man to open the boot of his car where the two bags were hidden.
A cutlass was also found in the car’s trunk.
The suspect has been whisked away in a bus, but the DSS is yet to issue an official statement on the incident.
