NPFL: Peseiro rejoices with Enyimba for winning title

Super Eagles head coach Jose Peseiro is elated and rejoiced with Enyimba for winning a record ninth Nigeria Premier League title.
Enyimba were crowned champions of the 2022–23 NPL season after they were held to a 1–1 draw by Rivers United at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos, on Sunday night.
The Aba giants last won the title in 2019, also in Lagos.
Peseiro was present at the venue throughout the competition.
The Portuguese also sent kind words to all the teams that took part in the competition.
“Congratulations to the new champions, Enyimba FC, for the ninth title win in their history.
Congratulations also to the other 5 teams that participated in the Super Six play-off,” Peseiro tweeted.
