Mohbad: Police confirm Sam Larry in custody

The Lagos State Police Command said “Balogun Olamilekan Eletu, aka Sam Larry, in is now in our custody. He is currently assisting with ongoing investigation.”
The statement by the command’s spokesman, Benjamin Hundeyin, tweeted:

The embattled socialite has been linked with the death of the late musician, Ilerioluwa Aloba, aka Mohbad, whose corpse was exhumed by the Lagos State Government in order to help investigation into the cause of his death.

However, Sam Larry, who was overseas when the Mohbad died, has consistently denied having any link with Mohbad’s death.
