Man asks court to dissolve marriage after catching another man atop his wife

A businessman, Justine Onu, has urged a Customary Court in Jikwoyi, Abuja, to dissolve his marriage to his wife, Joyce, after catching her having sexual intercourse with his cousin.
Onu complained to the court that his wife was promiscuous and he was tired of the union.
The petitioner disclosed that he had developed high blood pressure because of his wife’s actions.
The citizen further alleged that his wife was irresponsible and does not cook nor take care of the children.
In reply, the respondent denied all allegations levelled against her, NAN reports.
The presiding judge Labaran Gusau fixed November 8 for the next hearing on the matter.
