Manchester United legend, Gary Neville, said Erling Haaland, Kevin de Bruyne and Rodri are players if Manchester City would win the Champions League, Premier League and FA Cup this season.

According to Neville, these three stars need to remain fit if Man City want to win the treble this season.

Neville’s comment came afrer De Bruyne was dropped from the Manchester City squad for their game against Fulham on Sunday over fitness issues.

Neville said the players are essential to City’s treble attempt this term.

“They’re in such good form, all the players are fit. I’m not quite sure what’s happening with De Bruyne today and why he’s not in the squad – maybe we’ll find that out – but only injuries to Haaland, De Bruyne, and maybe Rodri, I feel, would leave a massive dent in their treble hopes.

“I’m keeping my fingers crossed that something happens!”

With a 2-1 win over Fulham on Sunday, Manchester City have leapfrogged Arsenal in the Premier League table ahead of the Gunners’ clash with Chelsea on Monday.

City will play Manchester United in the final of the FA Cup and Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League semi-finals.
