Deceased Yobe Sports Commissioner had premonition about his death

The late Yobe State Sports Commissioner, Goni Bukar, would appear to have had a premonition about his death going by his post on his WhatsApp eight hours before.
Goni Bukar died on Tuesday night, August 3, 2022, in a road accident on Damaturu-Kano Road.
He last message on his WhatsApp status as at11:03 am, Tuesday read:
“We live in a competitive world where I want to be better than you.
“Listen, Gentle Men and Ladies, Sun and Moon all have their own time of Shining. If it’s not yours yet, be patient, and celebrate your colleague who is there already.
“Don’t worry, run your race, and be gentle with yourself.
“This life and everything in it are temporary.”
Popularly known as Bugon, the deceased, according to sources close to him, was on his way to Kano State.
The late Commissioner had earlier attended the funeral prayer of one of his associates in the afternoon in Damaturu, the Yobe State capital, before departing for Kano.
Earlier, the late commissioner was also a member of the House of Representatives representing the Bursari/Geidam/Yunusari Federal Constituency of Yobe State.
The funeral prayer for the repose of his soul is scheduled to be held on Wednesday by 11:30 am at Yobe Mosque and Islamic Centre, Damaturu.
