Confusion over Oshiomhole’s suspension as APC National Chairman

There is confusion in the ongoing political crisis around Comrade Adams Oshiomhole as the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, after he was suspended by an Abuja High Court.

Oshiomhole, who believed that his travail is woven around his disagreement with Governor Obaseki of Edo State, he was his estranged protege, the ranks of the governors of the party and some ministers, had his suspension as National Chairman quashed Thursday  by a Federal High Court in Kano.

According to him, the issues involved a national ones and it was fit and proper for the Federal High Court to rule on.the matter.

He also visited President Muhammadu Buhari after the court ruling to update him on the matter.

However, the National Vice Chairman of the party, North East zone, Sally Mustapha, nothing has changed regarding Oshiomhole’s suspension..

He said the Federal High Court in Kano cannot nullify the ruling of the Abuja High Court, maintaining that the two courts are of equal jurisdiction.

He is also into biography writing, with many books in his trail, some of which he wrote alone and one he co- authored with his mentor, Mr Dare Babarinsa, entitled:  Olabiyi Durojaiye - DARE TO BE DiFFERENT. He also guided and collaborated with Pa Olatunji Odusanya in writing his autobiography - AGAINST ALL ODDS. There are many other books in the works under his pen.
