Breaking: Wike, El Rufai in talks with Tinubu at Aso Villa

Two former Governors Nyesome Wike and Nasir El Rufai of Rivers and Kaduna states respectively are currently meeting with President Bola Tinubu at Aso Villa.

Both former governors were presented to the Senate as ministerial nominees by President Tinubu. However, while Wike was screened and confirmed as a minister by the Senate, El Rufai was screened, but not confirmed with wo others who were stepped down over security clearance by the security agencies.

Details of their meeting with the President are still being expected.
