A Kogi State High Court, in Lokoja, has ordered removal of the Ohinoyi of Ebira land, His Majesty Alhaji Ahmed Muhammed Tijani Anaje from office.
The presiding judge, Justice Salisu Umar, on Monday, ordered the defender to stop parading himself as the paramount traditional ruler of Ebira land.
Though the court is yet to make available details of the judgement, indications are that the case number is HCO/05C/2024, filed by Dr. Barnabas Adeku Ojiah and two others against the Governor of Kogi State.
