Chief Bode George, former PDP Deputy National Chairman, has launched a scathing attack on Atiku Abubakar and other party leaders defecting to the African Democratic Congress (ADC) coalition, accusing them of political hypocrisy and weak strategy.

The elder statesman, appearing on Channels Television’s Sunrise Daily, delivered a blistering critique: “You can’t serve two masters. This attempt to cling to PDP while flirting with ADC is pure fallacy – the Bible condemns it.”

Singling out ADC Chairman David Mark and Atiku, George held them responsible for PDP’s internal crises, dismissing the new coalition as “a display of existential imbecility and docility” that lacks clear direction.

“PDP made you who you are,” the former Ondo military governor thundered. “When your father’s house has a leak, you don’t abandon it – you fix it! What exactly is their grand plan? This so-called strategy is completely classless.”

His remarks come as PDP heavyweights including Atiku, Peter Obi, and Nasir El-Rufai prepare to contest the 2027 elections under the ADC banner – a move George views as an unforgivable betrayal of the party that nurtured their political careers.

The fiery condemnation underscores deepening fractures within Nigeria’s opposition ranks as the next election cycle approaches.
