Controversial Nigerian crossdresser Bobrisky has backtracked on claims of being arrested by immigration officials, admitting it was an April Fools’ Day joke.

The social media personality caused a stir after posting: *“Guys, I have just been arrested by immigration in Nigeria. I don’t know what I did o.”* The statement quickly went viral, sparking concern among followers.

However, Bobrisky later revealed the post was a prank. Despite the joke, the crossdresser has faced real legal troubles in the past, including an arrest at the Seme border.

Interestingly, the **Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS)** had earlier confirmed an arrest involving Bobrisky, describing him as a *”person of interest”* in an ongoing investigation—though no specific details were provided.

The incident highlights Bobrisky’s knack for stirring controversy, whether through staged drama or genuine legal encounters.
