Bayern Munich want Ademola Lookman, Atalanta winger, to beef up squad

German Bundesliga club, Bayern Munich, seek to sign Atalanta hero, Ademola Lookman.

New coach, Vincent Kompany, is said to have Ademola Lookman as a priority signing ahead new season.

Sky Sports transfer expert, Florian Plettenberg, disclosed that Bayern Munich have discussed about signing the player.

According to him, a summer transfer is possible but Lookman only wants to join a top club which offer around €25-30 million.

Plettenberg wrote on X, saying for “Lookman | A transfer in summer is possible but the 26 y/o striker only wants to join a top club.

“Understand his price valuation is around €25-30m. Contract with @Atalanta_BC valid until 2026.

“Bayern have discussed Lookman in recent weeks but so far, it has never been concrete.”

However, West Ham United are also said to be keen on signing Lookman, whi scored a hat-trick at the Europa League final.

Indeed, the new West Ham manager Julen Lopetegui is said to be considering Ademola Lookman in.a bid to overhaul the squad left by David Moyes, the Mirror reports.

Consequently, Lopetegui intends to recruit a striker, a right-back, a midfielder, a left-footed attacker, a third-choice goalkeeper, and two central defenders during the summer transfer window.
