I never dreamt I’ll raise my children alone – Olayinka Solomon

I didn’t grow up dreaming that I would raise my children by myself. Like every young woman, I thought I’d have a partner who would walk this journey with me. But life doesn’t always go the way we hope.

I’ve learned the hard way that it’s easy for a man to make a child, but it takes a real man to stay and be a father. Sp£ɍm d0n0rs? They are plenty. But fathers—real fathers—they are rare. And it hūrts. It hvrts to explain to your ch!ld why their father isn’t around. It hvrts to carry everything alone—em0tionally, financially, spirịtù@lly.

But through it all, I keep going. For my children. For the love that grows in my heart every time I see them smile, even on the days when I’m breaking inside.

To every woman like me—every mother doing this alone—I see you. I feel your paln. You are strong, even when you cr y at night. You are enough, even when you doubt yourself. And you are not alone.

We may not have planned this life, but we are making the best of it. And that’s something to be proud of.
