Super Eagles winger, Ademola Lookman, has added another top honour, the Atalanta Player of The Season award.
This is obviously another feather to tje vap of Lookman after his stellar season with the top-flight Serie A club, Atalanta.
Indeed, Ademola Lookman was the hero of Atalanta’s remarkable UEFA Europa League campaign and also won the individual accolade last season for his efforts.
His excellent performance has attracted the English Premier League (EPL) club Liverpool and Bundleliga football, Bayern Munich, have showed interest in signing the Super Eagles winger.
A report by CalcioMercato claimed that Liverpool is among a host of EPL sides including Man U and Chelsea that are interested in the player.
In 45 games for Atalanta in the 2023–24 season, Lookman scored 17 goals and added 10 assists, including a thrilling hat-trick against Bayer Leverkusen in the Europa League final.
Specifically, in 2015, Lookman played as a forward for Championship team Charlton Athletic in his senior year. In January 2017, he joined Everton, where he primarily served as a winger.
After playing at the under-19 and under-21 levels for England, Lookman earned his senior debut for the Super Eagles of Nigeria in the year 2022.
