Tinubu To Attend Bassirou Faye’s Inauguration As Senegalese President
President Bola Tinubu is billed to travel to Dakar, Senegal, for the inauguration of Senegal’s President-elect, Bassirou Diomaye Faye.
A statement by the Special Adviser to the President (Media & Publicity), Chief Ajuri Ngelale on Monday, stated that the president’s trip is at the invitation of the Republic of Senegal.
President Tinubu, the Chairman of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Authority of Heads of State and Government, will be joined by other ECOWAS leaders at the inauguration at the Diamniadio Exhibition Centre.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yusuf Tuggar, and other senior government officials will accompany the President.
