Super Falcons are well-placed and in good spirit to win their last group opponents, Ireland, and qualify for the Round if 16 in the ongoing 2023 Women World Cup.

Super Falcons captain, Onome Ebi, assured that the team is in good spirits ahead of the Monday’s Group B clash against Republic of Ireland.

The defender said the team’s confidence has been boosted by their thrilling victory against co-hosts, Australia.

Randy Waldrum’s side occupy top spot in the group and need a point against the Girls in Green to seal a place in the Round of 16.

The Irish are already eliminated from the competition after consecutive defeats to Australia and Canada
