Former American footballer, Taylor Twellman, expects Manchester City’s manager Pep Guardiola to be on his way to the Major League Soccer (MLS) in the future.
Under Guardiola, Man City won their first ever European trophy on Saturday, beating Inter Milan 1-0 in the Champions League final.
The Etihad club completed the Treble this season, having won the Premier League and FA Cup.
There are reports that Guardiola will not sign a new contract with City and leave when his current deal expires in 2027.
Twellman feels New York City FC could be his next potential destination.
“Would it surprise anyone when NYCFC open their new stadium…..Pep is their manager?! Not me,” Twellman tweeted.
