Sanwo-Olu hails chef Hilda Baci, says her dishes are amazing
The Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, saud he was privileged to have visited and tasted of Nigerian chef Hilda Bassey amazing dishes.
The chef, popularly known as Hilda Baci, broke the Guinness World Record record on Monday after cooking for over 87 hours.
Sanwo-Olu, after visiting the kitchen, in a tweet on Monday, said he was privileged to visit and taste her dishes on Sunday.
According to the governor, Hilda’s dedication to her cooking profession is unparalleled.
He wrote, “Huge congratulations to Chef Hilda Baci on breaking the Guinness World Record for the longest hours spent cooking.
“I had the privilege of visiting and tasting her amazing dishes yesterday.
“The flavour, passion and dedication she puts into her work are unparalleled. Hilda, you’ve made Lagos proud, and your accomplishment is a testament to the Nigerian spirit”.
