MEET THE YOUNGEST HONOURABLE
Young Lawal Musa, 25, was just a lad desirous of a better deal from his representative. He often criticized the vile policies of his representative in Yobe State House of Assembly who is incidentally the Speaker. Sadly, the Speaker has represented his Constituency for 20yrs and running!
This young man birthed in 1998 and was only 5yrs when the Speaker was first elected as member representing Nguru State Constituency in Yobe State.
The Speaker, Rt.Hon. Mirwa, arrested Lawal for his Facebook post and when the boy regained his freedom, he decided to challenge the honourable speaker at the polls.
People discouraged, scoffed and disparaged him but he remained undaunted.
Today, he has been returned elected and will replace Mr. Speaker.
Congratulations incoming Hon. Lawal Musa. May your tenure be a rallying point for progressive youths all over Nigeria.
