Three die in Kogi bomb explosion ahead Buhari’s visit

Three persons have been killed following an explosion in the Okene area of Kogi State.
The incident happened on Thursday morning at the Oyinoyi’s Palace in Okenne Local Government Area of the state.
The explosion occurred few hours to the arrival of President Muhammadu Buhari to commission some projects in Kogi State.
Indications were that police operatives of the Anti-Bomb Unit were already at the scene of the incident.
The cause of the explosion remained unclear as the authorities were yet to provide details about the incident.
