Residents count losses over razed building in Lagos
Residents are counting their losses over the fire outbreak in a residential building on Aladelola Street, Ikosi Ketu area of Lagos State on Monday.
The fire was seen razing the building as residents trooped to the scene watched from afar.
The fire raged before men of the fire service made efforts to put it out.
However, the water in the first tank of the fire service truck got exhausted, with another truck coming in afterwards.
Residents were helpless as they lamented, seeing the fire razing the building.
An eyewitness who noticed the fire from the beginning could not speak as she was still in shock following the devastating incident.
