Court fines FG N500m over Kanu’s extradition

The Federal High Court in Umuahia, Abia State, has ordered the Federal Government of Nigeria to pay a fine of N500 million to the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, Wednesday.

The court presided over by Justice Evelyn Anyadike, Kanu should be returned to Kenya, where he was illegally extradited having been pranked to leave Britain where he had stayed.
